Participants in a depressive episode (MDD/ bipolar disorder) are welcome!

Participants in a depressive episode of major depressive or bipolar disorder are welcome!

We are searching for participants who are currently depressed (MDD or bipolar disorder) for a study investigating on the efficacy of non-invasive repetitive Transcranial Magnetic stimulation (rTMS) to treat depressive symptoms. The effect will be examined by functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). This treatment is well established and has been used for many years in clinical and scientific settings.

The participation in the study comprises 15 appointments and lasts 6 consecutive weeks.

✓ You are currently in a depressive episode

✓ You are between 18 and 60 years old

✓ You have no epilepsy, no other psychiatric or neurological diseases, no brain lesions and no metal parts in your head
